15 Day Restart Journey

Ready to restart your fitness journey and get back into a routine after a long time off? I've got you! My 15 Day Restart Journey consists of 15 workouts and 15 high protein vegan recipes. Each workout is 15-30 minutes long, low impact, and require no equipment. The workouts start out easier and progressively become more difficult. Every 3rd day is an active mobility day where we'll slow down the pace and get some active stretching in. The other 10 workouts are a mix of cardio and strength training.

I've been a vegan since 2013 so I've included some of my favorite high-protein vegan recipes. The recipes contain breakfasts, lunches, dinners, as well as snacks for you to try :)
