The most personalized option for training! If you're looking for some one-on-one attention personal training is the best option for you.

First, email me at to set up your free 30 minute fitness assessment. We'll meet via Zoom or Google Hangouts. During the assessment I'll get to know you more, I'll ask about your goals and gain a better understanding of your current fitness level.

From there I offer 45 minute virtual sessions in packages of 4, 8, 12, or 16. We'll set up a schedule with days and times that work for both of us to meet via Zoom or Google Hangouts (I don't work weekends). I'll be there to watch your form, demo exercises, and provide support every step of the way :).
